Jason Lay is a North Florida native who grew up in the Tallahassee area and first entered the HVAC industry in 1996, later studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida.

After gaining field experience, he pursued technical operations, working both domestically and internationally in complex system roles. After a diverse career, he returned to his core passion for heating and cooling systems, synthesizing his engineering education with technical computer controls.

As a licensed Class A Residential and Commercial Contractor, Jason's advanced skillset enables him to evaluate customer assets systematically, designing custom comfort arrays that maximize long-term energy efficiency, airflow testing and balancing, and environmental values.
